Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for children, ensuring their safety and well-being, and managing a team of childcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, experience working with children of various ages, and excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote early childhood development - Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play - Supervise and support nursery staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed - Conduct regular performance evaluations for nursery staff - Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions - Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents that may occur - Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and regulations - Oversee the maintenance of the nursery facility, including cleanliness and safety measures - Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in early childhood education Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working in a preschool or nursery setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle behavioral issues with patience and understanding - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Proficient in classroom management strategies - Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
